Privacy notice

Last updated 29 August 2026.

This notice explains what happens to personal data on this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email ross@clearscopeai.com and we will explain it.

Who we are

ClearScope AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16512704. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at ross@clearscopeai.com.

What this website collects by itself

Nothing. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. There is no contact form. We do not know you visited unless you choose to contact us or book a call.

The lead-loss calculator on this page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it are never sent to us or to anyone else, and are gone when you close the tab.

Third parties the page connects to

Two of them, and only one loads without you asking.

Google Fonts The page loads its typeface from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. This happens automatically when the page loads.
Calendly The booking calendar is not loaded until you press “Show the calendar”. When you do, Calendly sets its own cookies and loads Google reCAPTCHA, Google sign-in and Stripe. If you never press it, none of that reaches your device. Booking a call sends your name, email address and your answers to the booking questions to Calendly, and then to us.

Calendly Inc. is based in the United States. Their handling of your data is governed by Calendly’s own privacy notice. Google’s is here.

If you book a call or email us

We collect what you give us: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your business — typically your enquiry volume, your average job value, and the tools you use. We use it to prepare for the call, to run the audit we have agreed, and to reply to you.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you approached us about a service and we need this information to respond usefully. If we later want to send you marketing you have not asked for, we will ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We keep enquiry records for 24 months from our last contact, then delete them. Where we go on to work together, records are kept for six years after the engagement ends, because tax law requires it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by the services we use to run the business — email, calendar, booking and accounting providers — acting on our instructions. We do not pass your details to other clients or prospects.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email ross@clearscopeai.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep an archive of previous versions, so if a change matters to you, save a copy.
